Shipping Information

We use international air freight to deliver order to the United States, almost all countries in Europe, Canada, Australia, and most areas in the Middle East. As long as you can choose the address in the checkout, it means it can be delivered.

In regards to COVID-19, please know that we are committed to the health and safety of our employees and amazing customers. We are taking all the CDC-recommended steps to ensure a safe working environment.  Most of our employees are working from home and we continue to practice social distancing, and other best practices to help protect our team members and you, our valued customers.

While we continue to ship orders to customers around the world as quickly as possible, please expect some shipping delays. Due to the holiday season and current situation we are facing as a society, we are experiencing delays in both our supply chain as well as ship times from mail carriers. While most orders are still being shipped same or next business day, please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be shipped. If your item can not be shipped, for any reason, within 5 days of your order being placed (excluding our closed dates posted below) we will notify you via phone or email.

It usually takes about 7-15 business days for standard shipping , when the logistics tracking number comes out. 



A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.


It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.


We do ship to United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France Netherlands, Spain and other European countries outside United States


Due to policy adjustments in the United States and other countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees,duties or VAT(Valued Additinal Tax).



Total Delivery Time = Processing Time +Shipping Time



Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
